This 50th anniversary for Ed & Gerda Stefan was held on July 12th at the Legion Hall in Westlock with many friends & relatives attending. This cake has the original wedding picture on it. It sure tasted good, too.

Our deck is now complete and we are enjoying the use of it to get in and out of the house and to hang up laundry!

Been Awhile

It's been awhile since I posted anything here; I am having problems with the site.
I can not get the pictures to go from here to the blogspot.

The Deck is nearly done, the 2nd steps are now under construction. Sandy and I painted more on it last night; and he rounded corners on planks today, replaced one floor board that was not good, and painted more. I actually moved my largest planter and 2 flower pots up onto the porch and rail. I am pleased as the rail is about 1" larger than previous; my planter has a little more room for its feet.
I have visions to paint the house trim, the garage and trim at least on north and east sides, the north side of the shed and maybe the chicken house. that sounds like a lot. Not sure we can get this done; and also I would like to paint my wooden bear.
